Jeff Smythe has led Arcus’ team of disaster recovery experts from a boutique data analysis-support consultancy, to a firm with a presence in every major domestic disaster, offering manifold recovery solutions to recovery agencies and all levels of government. Through his focus on securing top talent and anticipating recovery agencies’ resource needs, Arcus has earned a reputation of consistent, quality delivery for its clients. Since his first disaster recovery support of Hurricane Isabel, Jeff has worked on numerous disaster recovery operations including Hurricanes Katrina, Gustav, Isaac, Sandy, Harvey, Irma, and Maria, and the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, among others. Jeff has a B.A. in History and Latin American Studies, and an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
